I visited the store a couple months back after recommendation from friends. Went to fix the length of some suit trousers and the waist of another one. The staff were nice and polite but when I came back to the store to pick up the trousers that needed adjustment, I noticed that the trousers made a wrinkle in the back (because of the waist size change). I asked why didn't they properly adjust my trousers, especially since I paid quite a bit for it (in cash because they did not accept card for this). Their answer was that they only change the top of the waist and do not adjust the trousers to fit properly. I had to go to another store to fix the suit trousers and the stuff there were surprised of this kind of alteration.
