Vanessa... what a disgrace! As a wedding planner you are expected to be professional and organized. This was clearly not the case. Vanessa had a table plan to guide guests to the assigned table. However, Vanessa was missing a paper and her only way to react was by laughing and brushing it off as if she couldn't care less. The next day, the same happened with the shuttle planning at luggage drop-off. She couldn't find the mentioned flight in her planning. Luckily, her assistant Emma finally found the paper after a couple of minutes. The unfriendliness of Vanessa in that moment was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I also noticed Vanessa walking around with a rose petals basket, but due to her being disorganized these were never used to celebrate. Such a pity. Also, a moment was planned for the guests to blow bubbles at the newlywed couple. The bride had to initiate it herself as no one from the organization had announced it. These elements amongst others illustrate the unprofessionalism of Shades waves.
