In short
YourXP collects only what it needs to run the service: your email to log you in, the reviews your customers leave, and ad-free audience measurement. Nothing is ever sold on.

What data, why, and for how long?

Video and voice reviews
A video or voice review is only submitted with the explicit consent of its author. The business can hide or delete it; the author can ask for it to be removed at any time by writing to contact@yourxp.fr.
Processors
- Hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (France).
- Payment: Stripe (European Union and United States, standard contractual clauses).
- Sending emails: Amazon SES (through our own sending server).
- Audience measurement: a tool self-hosted by the publisher.
Cookies
One session cookie (logging in to your dashboard), one cookie remembering the selected business, and a first-party audience measurement identifier. No advertising or social media cookies. Widgets embedded on other sites set no cookies at all.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, export it (CSV export in your dashboard), delete it (account deletion in your dashboard) or object to its processing by writing to contact@yourxp.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
