Terms and conditions of sale

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the YourXP service, published by the publisher named in the legal notice: collecting, moderating and displaying customer reviews through hosted pages and embeddable widgets.

Plans

  • Free: no time limit, with the limits described on the Pricing page.
  • Pro: €9.99 per month, with no trial period, renewed every month until cancelled.
  • Lifetime: €99.99 in a single payment, giving access to the Pro plan's features with no time limit, for as long as the service is operated.

Prices are shown in euros, including all applicable taxes at the time they are displayed.

Payment

Payment is made by card or by the methods offered by Stripe. The plan is activated as soon as payment is confirmed. An invoice is issued for every payment and stays available in your dashboard.

Cancellation

The Pro subscription can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard (Billing → Manage). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; no pro rata refund is due. The account then goes back to the free plan, without losing any reviews.

Right of withdrawal

For consumer customers, the digital service is supplied immediately after payment, at their express request: by subscribing, they acknowledge that they waive their right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). If anything goes wrong, write to us: we always look for a solution.

User obligations

Users agree to publish only genuine reviews, not to request reviews in exchange for an undisclosed incentive, not to alter the content of a customer review, and to follow the moderation policy. Reviews entered by hand are labelled as such.

Availability and liability

The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and to back up data daily, without any obligation of result. Its liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last twelve months.

Data

How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy. Users can export their reviews at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action; consumers can use a consumer mediator free of charge.
